Artist Statement

Echoes of My Past explores what trauma left behind rather than the events themselves. Through abstract macro photography, I use form, color, light, and surface to give shape to internal states that were real but often difficult to recognize or describe. The work is not an illustration of PTSD or a narrative of recovery; it examines the survival structures that shaped how I experienced myself and the world.
