We hired Dean for a corporate event where we offered employees new headshots. In record time, Dean photographed 47 employees.
He was efficient, fun, and very talented in the shots he was able to capture. We were very happy with the final result and highly recommend working with him!
Dean is committed to making sure you get the most out of your engagement with him. The amount of attention and energy Dean commits to your session is remarkable. He makes you very much part of the process to find authenticity and pull out genuine responses.
Dean has been my go-to photographer for several years now. As a marketing professional, I need consistent results and I also need my clients to have a great experience. He is easy to work with and asks the right questions, like how I will be using the pics. All of which makes my job easier, I get what I need and my clients are happy.

Helping you with the challenges you face
You work hard to build your corporate image and attract the best customers. Using poor-quality company headshots or mismatched snapshots to represent your company will undermine the value you work so hard to build in your customer’s minds.
People like to buy from real people.
Highlighting the people who “make the magic happen” with great headshots helps you communicate the value you place on your people. Showcasing your people and their expertise increases your helpful content, and promotes engagement to increase your time-on-page metric.
Office Headshots for Teams of 3 to 3,000
You’ll get the same great headshots at your office as you would in my studio.
Not my first rodeo
For 35 years, I’ve worked as a commercial photographer collaborating with many talented professionals in the marketing, advertising, and design fields.
I offer a unique combination of professionalism, commitment to excellence, and insider knowledge to help you increase awareness, promote engagement and drive sales for your company.
No surprises
You will get consistently great headshots without the headache and hassle of making it up as you go along. You’ll be able to focus on getting your job done rather than managing challenges outside your expertise.
Best of all, your people will love you for making them look so good.

Don’t know what questions to ask a photographer?
Quite often, I am contacted by people who need company headshots, and the only question they know to ask is the photographer’s price and availability.
Before you call or message a photographer about headshots, I suggest you look at their website to see their work. You’ll save a lot of time and frustration if you use your first impression of their work to focus only on the best choices.
Photographers show the work they are most proud of on their websites. The style and type of photograph they want you to call them to do for you. If the first photographs you see are great professional headshots, you’ll know this photographer is worth speaking with. However, suppose the first photograph you see is a beautiful baby or a motorcycle they’re probably not the best choice to photograph your C–suite executives.
10 Questions to ask your company headshot photographer.
Here’s a list of questions you should ask a photographer to ensure your company gets the value you deserve from your headshots. You won’t waste anyone’s time with unsuitable recommendations.
- Do you have experience doing business headshots of executives on location?
- How long have you been doing headshots?
- Do you use your lighting and background, or shoot with available light in the environment?
- How long do you work with each person?
- How would you price this project?
- Is retouching included in your contract?
- Can people pick their photos?
- How long after the shoot does it take to get the photos?
- Can the employees use their photographs themselves?
- If someone misses the shoot, can you photograph them later, and how much would that cost?
Things your photographer will need to know before submitting a proposal.
- Where the photographs need to be taken: your office in Santa Clara, the company retreat in Reno, etc.
- When the photos need to be taken and delivered.
- An estimate of the number of people to be photographed.
- How many photos of each person you need.
- The type of background you want: white, neutral, colorful, or environmental.
- The tone and character of the photos you want: fun and quirky, traditionally formal, casual, and contemporary.
I hope these tips help you get the best headshots for your company.
