Date and Location

Each person receives a confirmed date, time, and location through the automated system. This prevents confusion and reduces last-minute questions for you.

Automated text reminders and preparation tips are sent to every participant, ensuring they arrive prepared without requiring any follow-up on your end.

After each session, your team selects their preferred image and discusses any retouching needs on the spot. I handle the remaining steps. Final retouched photos are posted to your company’s branded download page, and you receive a single link to share with your team.

Each person can download their headshot for LinkedIn, Slack, and other professional platforms without needing a password. If anyone wants additional adjustments, they can reach out to me directly—no follow-up required from you. Final high-resolution files are delivered once your team has had a chance to review their images and request any finishing touches.

The session fee covers up to two hours of dedicated studio time, guidance throughout the session, and the ability to choose your best images afterward.

I believe in letting you choose only the images you love. With a per-photo charge, you’re not limited to a preset number—whether you choose one or several, you pay only for the shots that best represent you.
Yes, you’ll review the images at the end of your session. This way, you can select the ones that meet your expectations before committing to a final selection.
Once you’ve made your selection, each photo is professionally retouched and delivered within three business days. Same-day options are available if you need them sooner.

I recommend wearing something that makes you feel confident and represents your professional image. Solid colors generally work well, as they keep the focus on your face. I’ll help you make the best choice when you arrive.

Yes! Professional hair and makeup are available upon request. If you’d like this service, let me know in advance, and I’ll arrange for an experienced stylist to enhance your natural look.
Sessions typically last between one to 1.5 hours for men. For women, sessions take between 2.5 to 3.5 hours, with additional time if hairstyling and makeup services are requested. The experience is both relaxed and efficient, allowing plenty of time to capture your best shots.

IYes, I’ll offer light guidance on positioning that complements your features and profession. My goal is to make sure you look both approachable and professional, without feeling overly posed.

I create multiple looks during your session, giving you a variety of images to suit different platforms and roles—whether for LinkedIn, your company website, or reaching various audiences in your professional life.

Life happens, and I understand schedules can change. If you need to reschedule, just let me know, and we’ll find a time that works for you.

I recommend booking at least one to two weeks in advance to ensure you get your preferred time. However, if you have an immediate need, feel free to reach out—I’ll do my best to accommodate you.

I recommend bringing six to ten outfit options if you have them. We’ll choose the three to five best options for your session, but having a variety allows us to pick the most suitable looks. Many clients even shop specifically for their photoshoot to ensure they have choices that reflect their style and goals.
