Each appointment is scheduled for about 10 minutes. The timing keeps the day moving efficiently while giving every team member individual attention.

Outfit Guidance

Team members receive straightforward preparation guidance on what to wear, what photographs well, and how to choose clothing that fits your company’s client-facing standards.

Date and Location

Each person receives their confirmed appointment date, time, and location through the scheduling system, reducing confusion and last-minute questions.

Automated reminders and preparation details are sent to every participant, helping your team arrive ready without requiring extra follow-up from you.
